Refund & Return Policy

At INRI, we take pride in the quality and detail of every piece we offer. However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help ensure your experience remains seamless and refined. Please take a moment to review our 15-day refund policy below.


Returns

You have 15 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as received – unworn, unused, and undamaged.

  • In its original packaging, including all tags, boxes, and protective materials.

  • Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation, or invoice).

To initiate a return, please email info@inri.com.au with your order number and reason for the return. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the item back. Kindly note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return your original purchase. Once the return is accepted, you may place a separate order for the new item.


Damages & Issues

We kindly ask that you inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is:

  • Defective

  • Damaged

  • Or if you have received the wrong item

Please contact us immediately at info@inri.com.au so we can evaluate the issue and arrange a prompt resolution.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Earrings

  • Intimate or personal care items

  • Custom or personalised orders

  • Gift cards

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before placing your order.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please be aware that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, kindly reach out to us at info@inri.com.au.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is placed from within the European Union, you are entitled under EU law to a 14-day cooling-off period. This means you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 calendar days of receiving it — for any reason and without penalty.

All returns must still meet the above conditions (items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase). Please note that return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
