All orders are processed within 1–4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and dispatched, including tracking details where applicable.
During high-volume periods or sales, processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

Tracking Your Order

Delivery Address Accuracy

INRI is not responsible for lost, delayed, or undelivered parcels due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or delivery failure, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping fees may apply.
Delays, Damaged, or Lost Parcels
Once dispatched, INRI is not liable for delays, damage, or loss caused by third-party courier services.
However, we will gladly assist you in liaising with the courier where possible. Please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order if you encounter any delivery-related issues.
